1. right of withdrawal for physical products

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons, provided that there are no legal grounds for exclusion (see point 3).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear declaration (e.g. by e-mail) to:

2. consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We can refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

3. exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products or circumstances:

- Medical products, sterile preparations or injection solutions that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed.
- Products with temperature requirements or a limited shelf life (e.g. NAD⁺, vitamin or amino acid preparations). NAD⁺, vitamin or amino acid preparations).
- Opened food supplements, ampoules or other products for internal use.
- Individually manufactured or personalized products.
- Digital vouchers or digital products as soon as they have been sent electronically (e.g. by e-mail).

With the purchase, you expressly agree that the execution of the digital content begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 para. 5 BGB / Art. 16 m Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Please return the goods undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.
We recommend that you send the goods insured and keep the proof of posting.

Note on medical & digital products

Due to legal requirements and for reasons of health and hygiene protection, medical or sterile products (e.g. injectables, NAD⁺ ampoules, nutritional supplements, supplements) cannot be taken back or refunded once they have been opened, used or delivered.

Digital vouchers and e-products are excluded from exchange and withdrawal as soon as electronic delivery has taken place.
