We start our fitness and wellbeing journey with innovative IHHT training: altitude training has long proven itself in high-performance sport and is regarded as the key to improved performance potential and long-lasting fitness. 

Fitness for the cells: The training leads the body to a more efficient oxygen balance by alternately supplying our organism with oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor air. Periods with low oxygen content simulate altitude conditions of up to 6500 meters, phases with increased oxygen content supply the body with additional oxygen. The therapy only takes 45 minutes, is carried out lying down and has a decelerating effect. 


The science behind

There are 3-5 micrometer mitochondria in every human cell. They are considered the power plants of the cells and produce energy from oxygen and glucose. Tissues with a high energy requirement have a high number of mitochondria. They are not only responsible for efficient energy production, but also for oxygen utilization. 

Young, healthy mitochondria ensure that these functions run smoothly. The result: we feel full of energy, youthful and healthy. Safty first

The Youth Club exclusively uses the latest Hypox Breath IHHT system. This is a medical device that not only guarantees the best results, but also the highest level of safety. You are connected to the Hypox Breath via your own breathing mask, which is kept after the session for the next session. Vital parameters are monitored throughout the session. If the training is too demanding for the body, additional oxygen is automatically supplied by the device. At the same time, of course, our medical staff also keep an eye on all values during the session.


To guarantee maximum safety, a breath test must be carried out before starting therapy. We offer blocks of 10 and 20 sessions and recommend that the sessions are scheduled at close intervals (every 2-3 days). Our specialist staff document and analyze the therapy in order to adapt the sessions to personal progress and expose the cells to increased stimuli. 

Altitude training takes place lying down, does not involve any exertion and is like a rest period. No cell phones or other disruptive factors are allowed, as the body needs to slow down. In winter, the diet is often unhealthy, as there is a greater desire for hearty, carbohydrate-rich dishes and desserts. This can lead to a lack of nutrients and loss of energy.
